Vodacom always offline
I bought a phone with a sim deal 2 weeks ago. Phone works fine but the issue is the sim. Vodacom makes it sound so easy to register/rica sim but its just troublesome. I have been to the stores twice but their systems were not running. I tried the app but rica was unsuccessful. It kept stating to go the the vodacom store. Why make it so difficult for customers? Why are your systems or app never working?
