Vodacom always messing up and messing me around

It seems every time I deal with Vodacom there is an issue, I checked to see when my upgrade is now after 2 years on a 24month contract and i got a message back showing its in may 2021? This is obviously wrong but I spoke to my sister who owns the contract and she called and they told her we upgraded twice in one year? which is again obviously wrong because why would they even authorize that? What it could be is that the contract I took out was a black Friday deal that gives me 2gb of data a month and for the first 3 months i didn't get this data and my sister had to call to fix that as well so if I am being forced to wait another 2 years to upgrade because of another issue with their customer service and systems then I will seek legal advice.

Please get someone to explain this as if the upgrade date is the 1st May I have now missed some time on my new contract.

Please note the owner of the contract is my sister.

Good day, Note this isn't a query the only people confused here are you? no where on earth do we sign 4year contracts and if changes were made to rectify your short comings on the first contract I should not have to suffer for it. This is appalling, and its literally every time I need to deal with Vodacom I have to suffer this bad service and ******* systems and confused consultants. I am due for an upgrade and I want to upgrade, sort it out or I will take my long standing business elsewhere and also do my utmost to inform everyone I can that using vodacom is like pulling teeth.
