Vodacom always down

Fibre connection drops multiple times a day, Vodacom cellphone network drops randomly, nevermind when there is load shedding, then there is no cellphone network. Vodacom says they are monitoring why my fibre drops, then they said they will send a tech it to test my router but according to the one agent in lying. How much more can you monitor when I phone you multiple times a day? I left Telkom for Vodacom, now Vodacom is the worst, I never had this many issues with Telkom.
