Vodacom - Altech Autopage Cellular - Number Suspended

<p>@$#%&* is all I can say.</p> <p> </p> <p>My Alltech Autopage Cellular contractwas sold to Vodacom and my cellphone has been suspended by Vodacom because, according to them I'm in arrears. I pay via EFT and have been paying AutoPage. This Change Management of this Project should've catered for clients like me who accept non-invoice emails as marketing.<br /><br />This is not my problem. I signed a contract with AutoPage not ****** Vodacom! Since 29 June 2016, AutoPage closed and they cannot be reached by any means.<br /><br />I've been trying since 30 June with numerous calls and emails (with proof of payments) to Vodacom to sort out this issue, have payed a reconnection fee, got reconnected and disconnected.<br /><br />Now this has been escelated to Morena Thabang Raeto ********** The emails has been read, but no response and my phone is still hard locked by Vodacom Billing/Accounts.</p> <p> </p> <p>VODACOM #@#$ WAKE UP!!!! You might think that your corporate clients are more important than us but with service like this you might find yourself soon only with corporate clients! At least this good news for the Cell C's of this world.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
