Vodacom allows unauthorised contract with my numbe

My Vodacom cellphone number was suspended. Upon calling Vodacom i was informed that my prepaid number was changed to a contract and I must deal with the company by the name of RMCS. I do not know who this company is and how they obtained my information.<br> I would like to know how vodacom ported by number despite me being RICA'd. What does Vodacom do to prevent cellphone numbers from being **********ly ported to a contract??
