Vodacom allows ********** sim swap - beware

Received an sms from vodacom late yesterday afternoon to inform that a sim swap is being attemted. I phoned immediately to block this illigal attempt. This morning had no service (voice or data) - immediately went to vodacom shop and they assured me that my account was suspended but no sim swap was done. They re-activated my account. I also expressly instructed vodacom to not allow any sim swap. 1 hour later a ******* sim swap was done. I will be opening a case of ***** against vodacom. Disgusting.
