Vodacom allows *****

In 2013 I took over payment on an account that is in my mother's name. I noticed inconsistencies and realised I was paying for a device that I didn't possess. Months of inquiries did nothing. Eventually I was told by Vodacom that it was a third party contract and it wasn't their problem. Months of inquiry at third party elite mobile eventually confirm *****. But I have to submit documents to prove *****, issues because account is in my mother's name. Take this back to Vodacom, no assistance, eventually a year after this drama started a consultant advised that I change the account to my name. attempt to change account is declined. Back to square one. Give up hope because it is becoming emotionally and financially taxing. It is now 2015 and once again I am beginning to notice inconsistencies on the account with charges for a device I do not own. Logic dictates that the original ********* has renewed their ********** contract. I am sick of Vodacom and their lack of checking third parties whom they forward customer details to. Elite mobile is running ********** services under the cloak of Vodacom and Vodacom is more than willing to protect them.
