Vodacom allowing ************ to use their subscription agreement to fleece loyal customers

I have been charged R9/day through my subscription with Vodacom to a dubious outfit called "Freakapps" that is owned by a company called Opera Telecoms. This is ******* and I never gave the consent for them to charge me R9/day. On googling Opera Telecoms they appear all over the web as a *********** and yet you have enabled them to run subscriptions through your network? I have been charged R9/day since January 2018. This means I have been *******ly charged over R2400 and you have not bothered to protect me as a loyal customer by either informing me of the charge or by preventing them from using your subscription to charge me. I find this entirely unsatisfactory and believe Vodacom should reimburse me for the charges.
