Vodacom allowing random people on my account

Vodacom allowed a person to take out a contract on my name without my permission. They did not ask this person for an ID or anything. Ive been trying to remove this person from my account but all vodacom is telling me they need to investigate. In the meantime vodacom is just running debit orders and I need to pay and even got the cheek to tell me I must ask for a refund later and see if they will pay me back. How ridiculous is this?? Just remove the person from MY account. I did not give permission!!!!

Which service provider would you guys recommend…Cell C or MNT?
