Vodacom allowing ***** and then not dealing with it

I tried to cancel a private Vodacom account that had run out a few years ago in 2020 but was told the system was off and that Vodacom would call me back. They never did. On 27 February 2021 I saw a deduction of more than R5000 on my bank account for Vodacom. My normal bill was around R300. I contacted Vodacom and spoke to Nkosazane Monametsi. She indicated that 4 new accounts and an upgrade had been taken out from January 2021. 5 new devices were issued. This was without my consent. She told my to submit an affidavit and a few other documents to the ***** dispute department. I asked her to stop all the accounts and cancel all contracts. I also reversed the debit order with the bank. I submitted requested documents and received a reference number with a promised of feedback. After more than two weeks, I submitted the email again. No feedback. i contacted them again early May and was told that ***** was detected on the upgrade but the agent wasn't sure about the other. The agent again told me she would follow up and give me feedback. till today, no feedback. I was surprised to see my Vodacom bill is now R27000. I am baffled, disappointed and left furious by Vodacom's 1) Excuses when you want to cancel contracts 2) Dealing with issues of ***** 3) General customer service. How is it possible that such a major organisation with such profile, allows this. Hoping Vodacom can resolve urgently so i dont have to follow the legal route. I have proof of all comms.
