Vodacom allowing airtime draining subscriptions

I have been ********ly and unknowingly subscribed to a subscription service that has been costing me R10 / day and Vodacom says they can't give any info on it because it's not their service - but it's Vodacom airtime on Vodacoms network - how can they not know anything?

I have been losing airtime to an Android service yet I use an Apple device.

Vodacom now says that they have cancelled the service, but it takes 3 days to take effect, and in those 3 days, I am still going to be charged R10 / day.

How can Vodacom allow such ****************?

PS customer care call center cuts you off when trying to get any info on these subscriptions.

As per your feedback / SMS, if there isn't anything active on my line, why was another R10 deducted from my airtime today? You do not value customers of 15 years, spending thousands of Rands / month, by not providing assistance.
