Vodacom allowing 3rd party prescriptions without permission

I was shocked when I had my Vodacom bill reviewed at the store this afternoon due to the escalation of the bill, I have a set contract that was reviewed in November last year, I signed for a package for an amount of about R1500 for my main contract. My current bill is more than R2400.

The assistant in the store helped me a lot:

Two different subscriptions, one with the name ''Glamour" and one with the name "Baseline stream" was billed against my Vodacom account, costing me a small fortune.

How can a 3rd party, unknown to me and Vodacom, add subscriptions to my Vodacom account? I have never prescribed to these services, and it was Allowed by Vodacom!! I never have and never will give Vodacom permission to bill any 3rd part subscriptions. How safe is my Vodacom contract and account? How can Vodacom allow this to happen, and I just have to pay? How many Vodacom clients get ****med like this without the client's consent and knowledge? This is blatant theft, and I will have to take this further.

I logged a complaint in the store as well. The service ticket number that was sent was ***, but I am very serious about this incident and can't wait 4 days for a response!

I expect of Vodacom to trace when exactly these subscriptions were allowed and also explain how this was allowed. I insist refunds for this.
