Vodacom allowed simswap without my permission
I have a new phone and got a new phone number. I did not use that phone as I wanted to complete working on my previous phone and getting used to the new phone.
Today, 13 August I decided to go over to my new phone with its new sim card.
Guess what. Vodacom allowed a swimswap without asking my permission. If I do not agree I believe you should not allow it? What the hell is this you telling me that if I do not reply you will give my simcard to somebody else?
I even RICA-ed my card online. Does this mean all my personal information is also now given away? But do not be worried. Vodacom does not care about this. I hope they go bankrupt
