Vodacom allow *****elent contract on my name for the second time.

I cancelled my contract with Vodacom in January 2018. Confirmation was received that it was cancelled. For the second time they allowed a *****elant contract on my name. This was also done a couple years ago.

How can they allow this for a second time? I reported this to ***** disputes a month ago. Customer care confirmed that a contract was opened in March. This was done without my consent.

I had to provide them an Affidavid stating that I did not take out a contract with more supporting documents.

After Following up several times I am told that the documents was not received, even after receiving a reference number and confirmation .

I am sick of this pathetic service...

I would also like to know how you allowed ***** on my account for the second time?? Probably it is your own staff that is so *******. I as the Customer have the right to know exactly the reason this was allowed, but yet I never got a proper explanation even the second time.??????????
