Vodacom allow ***** to happen in the issue of my contract

I have logged an complaint in January already on hello peter and upto date no one from vodacom bother to contact me. Vodacom is allowing ***** to happen in the issue of my contract. Can someone assit me in what legal action to take cause enough is enough now.
