VODACOM AIRTIME TOPUP

I am still waiting for Babalwe Nkohle to return my call from 08:14, today. She said she will phone me back within an hour with regards to my problem.

My cellphone rang for exactly 5 seconds (14:51), no time to answer the call. I refuse to spend my whole day on a cellphone to resolve the problem or from one call/person to the next.

Come on where is excellent service delivery??
