Vodacom airtime R300 and 1g data disappeared after downloading 270mb file

<p>This is not the 1st my airtime has just disappeared. I always check my balance before downloading and I always check the file size before downloading too. At 2:34am my balance was over R300 airtime and little over 1g data. I downloaded a 270mb file and when it reached 98% it just stopped and a screen appeared staying I have no airtime or data. How the hell is this possible. Vodacom you are ******. I demand my airtime and data back immediately </p>
