Vodacom airtime missing

I am so ****ed off, I have loaded vodacom R50.00 airtime yesterday, and when I check my account the is nothing. I been calling since yesterday and the make us sms the stupid Toni. And it requires airtime to chat to it. No one is assisting me even this morning. Am so disappointed, I think it's about time I leave Vodacom, they are unprofessional and ***********. I don't owe them any any airtime I don't understand why they are treating us like this, I bought it through internet banking.
