Vodacom airtime *****

When I called 111 Vodacom help line I went through to Shadrack. I explained to him that I had loaded airtime yet now my balance is R4. After explaining that to him he checks and tells me I have 2 subscriptions. I then explained to Shadrack that I had not subscribed to anything. He insisted I did. I had to tell him more than 4 times that I had not which he says I did.

Made me so angry and even asking numerous times on what Vodacom can do to not allow these ********** subscription.

Instead he asks me should they monitor my phone for me. He then told me he is a CALL CENTRE AGENT.

SO meaning he does not work for Vodacom. Now how do I as a loyal customer for years get to converse with Vodacom to get my issue solved.

These subscriptions are taking my airtime every day. R15 daily . And there is nothing you as Vodacom can do to curb these.

If Vodacom is unable clearly we must change networks.

And can they hire agents who actually affiliate with Vodacom who will actually help us. If not give us a number to talk to you directly.

I'm so angry and so disappointed with Vodacom and their lack of service

I'm going to change networks and will make sure my family also change from this horrible network
