Vodacom airtime depleted ??♀️

I have been experiencing disappearing airtime in the last few months. The latest amount being R218.60 within 2 weeks. On contacting Vodacom customer care I was told this is for internet usage. My mobile data is always off because I have switched to wifi, and the wifi data shows usage for the times I'm using data . I can't be connecting using both wifi and mobile data simultaneously. Vodacom refuses to reimburse my airtime and I was told on their side it shows mobile data was on. At some point in 2017 before switching to wifi, the airtime would disappear faster than the data I had loaded. I would still have a data balance but zero airtime and they would tell me it’s for internet usage. Vodacom must get their story right because I need proof of what I'm being charged for! R218.60 is a lot of money to just disappear!!!

The only feedback I have received is your general "official business reply" which you copy and paste to all complaints raised by your customers. I am still waiting for a response specific to my complaint.

I've been trying to respond to the email below which I received from Vodacom, but it looks like their email settings do not allow for incoming mail. I don't know whose account they sent me. I am not Komane! My query still remains unresolved. Hello I am certainly not Komane. But I do have an unresolved query. The attached account detail is not my number! We know this can be very frustrating and do apologise profusely for any inconvenience caused. Please note I contacted you twice to no avail. I investigated your claim regarding airtime disappearing and could not find any missing airtime. I attached the report (itemised bill) for your perusal. Based on my investigation, there are some charges linked to USSD Bearers which may be your cellphone banking etc. You may check your call logs to see which short number you are dialling, USSD short codes look like this - *120#. That said, Vodacom values you as a customer and therefore I have added R29 to your airtime as a ONCE-OFF gesture of goodwill.
