Vodacom air g gold ripoff

Evening

So it has come to my attention that i have been billed 2 Rand per day since the 8 th of May.

I have never heard of air g gold since last weekend when i called into customer care to ask why i was being billed 2 Rand a day.

I only noticed it as i had a straight 10 Rand balance.

Yet 2 days later, i check and see that it's down to 6 Rand

So the consultant i speak said i have some service on.

Found that strange and asked how to cancel.

She sent me a stop all w c number

Yet two days later it still bills me

Spoke to another consultant this morning who said it's sorted.

Even got a message that said your request has been processed.

Later in the day, and out of the blue i get a SMS to say "

Sent from Yahoo You have successfully purchased a Vodafone live! package. Vodacom. on Android"

So i said right clearly this isn't something i did.

Called customer care again and asked how do i get a refund.

I got given this email address

Please advise

Many thanks

Jason
