Vodacom aiding and abetting theft

I have been ****med. I took out two data contracts in March last year. I did not check my invoices in detail until last month. When I did I found a debit had started to GAMEMINE of R150 every month, since April without my authorisation. I have repeatedly tried to get this reversed, before I upgrade. Vodacom have now left me high and dry. So I will not be upgrading. I may lay a charge of theft against Vodacom after I have seen my lawyer. This is pure theft and Vodacom are aiding and abetting it.
