VODACOM AGENTS LIE TO GET SALES AND MANAGERS REFUSE TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS.

I have received a bad experience from Vodacom of late to a point that I don't want anything to do with them. The agents lie to customers to get sales and the team managers don't want to take calls from customers and don't care if you take their names down. Their service sucks and I don't recommend vodacom to anyone. I had a contract that I paid off and converted the number to prepaid and 1 of the agents by the name of CYNTHIA MBOYI called and offered me minutes and airtime and I agreed to that and what she did frustrated me for almost a month. She reinstated my contract account and left it like that and I ended up owing Vodacom for her mistakes, when I noticed what she did I called the call centre everyday and spoke to several agents (MASILO, HINESH, SARA, SIPHAMANDLA, BHAVNA, NOSIPHO AND PELELE) who put me on hold until the line disconnects or transfer me back and forth. When you ask for a manager or operations manager no one wants to assist, they are not available and they don't take calls from customers WOW. A so called manager/agent by the name of MTHUNZI ZULU took my call and promised that he will listen to my calls and come back to me within 24 to 48 hours of which he never did and when I call and ask for him for feedback, he doesn't want to take my calls. I called again today to speak to another manager since Mthunzi doesn't want to take my calls, a lady by the name of FATIMA SHEIKH knows about this query didn't want to take my call as well. This came as a shock to me that Vodacom agents make errors and we struggle as customers to get help. For peace of MIND and SANITY, I DON'T RECCOMEND VODACOM TO ANYONE.
