VODACOM AGENTS DON'T CARE!!!!!

I did an online application for an add-on on my existing Vodacom contract on Sunday the 22nd of November 2020. I then received a call from the Vodacom Call Centre from a KZN number, the application was successful and I was advised that delivery will take 3-7 working days. I was told that I'd receive a call for confirmation which I believe I received the call today from number ***. I was unable to take the call as I was driving. My frustration with Vodacom began when I was trying to call this number back, I could not get through as it said the number didn't exist. I then called your sales number ***4. You can't through to an actual person to speak to follow up with, you keep getting referred to the bot tobi who refers you back to this number ***4 to follow up on orders. Finally I managed to do a chat with an agent who was rude but unfortunately cannot remember the name, only that it was Nozi something. All I wanted was to find out the status of the order and delivery and if I would be called again. The agent kept giving me standard responses like tobi the bot and actually ended the chat abruptly without offering further assistance. I am certain Telkom or any of the other networks would not treat their clients in such a manner!
