Vodacom Agents De*****ing Customers by upgrading them without consent.

I've had a contract with Vodacom for two years, I've canceled the contract in May because it was due for upgrade in July 2022. I couldn't upgrade because I've lost my job in April. By end of June I got an invoice that I owe. When I called, the agent said it was only one contract that was canceled. The other number is still on contract. I got two phones one one contract for my kids. I've been calling the call center to fix this, but those people can't take no for an answer. Vodacom agents are rude and they are bullies. I was talked into upgrading to a month-to-month contract which I can cancel anytime. Then in July I got an invoice for a 24 month contract of over R300 whereas the agent told me about R70 for a data contract. I've been calling and been sent from pillar to post, sending emails to customer care, I even sent a message on Twitter but not one can help me. I've asked for proof where I've agreed to a 24 month contract since they say the calls are recorded, but no response, instead they debited my account again. Vodacom's agents are evil and they are de*****ing people just so they could earn commission. I swear on my life I will never do any business whatsoever with vodacom again.

Your social media team referred me to your upgrades department. Upgrades dept referred me to collections, and collections refer me to customer service. So far, no one could resolve my issue. To make it simple, please give me the proof of where and when I've agreed to an upgrade of 24 months, while I know I'm unemployed. Refer to the calls made regarding the number *** since May 2022, since you say you record call. I believe the proof could resolve this whole matter, if not, I will refer this matter to Icasa.
