Vodacom agents are ***** and they trick people

I had a 24 months contract with Vodacom for data on the number *** (30 G day and 30 G night) which was due for an upgrade sometime in October 2020, I received a call to this effect and i was offered a deal for more data for less which was 100 G (70 G day and 30 G night) for 299 a month and so I accepted the offer (Upgrade Order ***). Come 1st November 2020, the data I received was totally different (60 G, and I was charged more) from what i agreed over the phone, I was charged more for less data; so I called Vodacom to inquire what had happened to the offer I accepted, Vodacom couldn't even explain what had happened but it was evident in their system that something didn't add up. Therefore, I logged a query for the matter to be investigated, I requested them reverse the upgrade because it was not what I had agreed and I even asked for the recording of the call I received from Vodacom regarding the upgrade to proof my case, which I never received. After the call I received an sms from Vodacom stating that my query had been escalated to solution experts with the following ref no. ***; this happened on the 26th November 2020; the same day at 6:01 pm I received another sms from Vodacom stating that my query for the above mentioned ref no. had been closed. Because I did not understand what this email meant, I then called Vodacom between the 28th - 30th November to understand what the sms meant and Vodacom confirmed that the upgrade had been reversed; same time i then asked Vodacom to terminate my data contract with them right away because I was not pleased with service, the guy I spoke to tried to convince me to stay with Vodacom and suggesting other packages but I refused and made it very clear that I wanted the contract cancelled, then he confirmed over the phone that my data contract was cancelled. Come 1st December 2020, I did not receive any data top up from Vodacom and this convinced me that my contract was cancelled indeed until I received an invoice today (10/12/2020) from Vodacom showing that i am still paying for the 30 G day and 30 G night data. I then called Vodacom, only to learn that my contract was never cancelled and I was topped up with 60 G day and 60 G night, which is not what I agreed to; on top of this they charged me more because the contract period had been exceeded and the discount which was part of my contract had expired. I am so frustrated with Vodacom, I logged a query regarding this today (10/12/2020) and they didn't even send a reference number after a whole hour trying to explain myself, they just said they are going to review the calls and someone would call me, I am still waiting for their call. I am enough with Vodacom, i have had it with all the run around after been such a loyal customer for many years. PLEASE HELP!

I am still waiting for Vodacom to call me since i reported this matter on 10th December, I cannot believe this. I followed up on Friday the 11th December 2020 on this matter and i was given the following ref no. 1-ccuwynm69 and I was told this matter would be resolved within 48 hours. I called Vodacom today, presented the reference number and they still cannot give any feedback on this issue and i have to explain myself all over again for them to escalate this matter. I have had it with Vodacom, such unprofessionalism and deceit.
