Vodacom Agents.
Customer service is shocking, we do not expect anything great for Vodacom anyway. But now they bomb you with promotional phone calls with rude agents, trying to sell contracts to there existing customers and they just can't take a hint. Come on Vodacom !! Do you want everyone to hate you ?
BTW if you get a agent called Mandy, Good luck telling that *****, No.
