Vodacom agent *****ulently renewed my contract without my concern.

Today I was suprised to receive an sms saying I renewed my Vodacom contract. As of today I have new charges and a new plan that I never choose. Yesterday I was called by an agent and I refused to renew my contract. This is ***** and I need this to be reversed. I also want Vodacom to listen to our voice recordings.

In December I was billed for an insurance that I did not take. I was told it was a systems error. It took 6 phone calls for that to be rectified. A supervisor refused to talk to me.
