Vodacom agent trying to spy me on sim only contract

One of vodacom agent calls me to offer me cellphone contract.she ask me to verify my ID and how much im getting paid per month.the i did tell her my details.then she told me she will call me back again to tell me what product i can qualify for.. She never calls me,then i decide to call vodacom on *** to ask what product the agent app**** for me. The lady on call centre told me that is a sim only contract.and this is not the first time vodacom agent doing this to me.. Please cancel sim only contract ..and i also want to take legal action agaist vodacom for trying and lieng to me..and for waisting my time as well CANCEL THE SIM ONLY CONTRACT I NEVER SAY I WANT SIM ONLY CONTRACT. I WANT TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION ABOUT THIS
