Vodacom Agencies - Agent Name: SUHANA-NEPAUL

<p>Agent Name: SUHANA-NEPAUL calls me "As a valued customer ..........." </p> <p>We agree that I would receive 2 x ZTE Wi-Fi's & 1 x HP Laptop - this gets confirmed by her supervisor - I get confirmation via e-mail that 2 x new lines have been added to my account.</p> <p>A week later the delivery arrives - NO LAPTOP only 2 x ZTE's & 1 x SIM CARD - I call Vodacom who tells me I need to call the agency !! I call the agency & get told that I cannot speak to Suhana as she's in a different department - I expalin everything & the lady said that she would look into it & call me back - it's now a week later ???</p> <p>I then called Vodacom again - no U need to get a new contract done - call them - no only after sales can assist - call them on ********** as told - they can't assist - i ask well can I not get the original recoring ??? She will request it but I need to go to the nearest Vodacom shop to listen to it - they talk the biggest nonsense as I requested a recording with Vodacom on the 13th December - to date I have not been informed to "go & listen " to it.</p> <p>I rate the service as "0" - was called by a Vodacom Representative on 11th & to date no feedback ???</p> <p>I did the same today - DO I EXPECT ASSISTANCE - NO NO !!!!</p> <p>I inform them that I would like to cancel all my contracts I have with Vodacom due to poor service !!!!!!!!!!!! The agent tells me "U cannot do that" - I say but there's no service ??? </p> <p>Every time one speaks to an agent U get a different answer & NO USEFUL ASSISTANCE - there are NO MANAGERS or people with knowledge to assist one with a problem ?? </p> <p> </p> <p>Hello Peter always asks for a star rating - NO OPTION OF NO STARS</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
