Vodacom AGAIN!!!!!!

Vodacom AGAIN!!!!!! In Sep 2019 i called to convert my daughters contract to prepaid. It was never done and i kept getting billed. 2 Sep 2020 I called to find out why i was still being billed. Spoke to Katlego Ref *** 06 4 Sep 2020 i get an sms telling me to call *** - i call and get told that it has been sorted and i will be credited. 29 Oct 2020 spoke to Thabiseng same promises - will be sorted. Vodacom customer services even calls and more promises 13 Nov 2020 spoke to Mbablelo who wants to upgrade my number - gives me a new ref number for the old query ***. Promises to sort out and expidite and does give me a great deal on my new phone so i upgrade. First month of upgrade billing are ok - then i get a message saying ive used my data on the 1st Jan day one of having data. 6 Jan 2021 speak to Hope - she tells me part of my new contract that was correctly billed for ONE month isnt loaded but dont worry will load it now and of course pro-rata for the 6 days lost - big blady joke. and she will look into my query as she can see all the references promising to phone me back...... WELL DO YOU THINK I HAVE HAD A CALL BACK - ERM THAT WOULD BE A NO... DOES VODACOM GIVE A CONTINENTAL - THAT WOULD ALSO BE A NO... THE ONLY THING THEY ARE GOOD AT IS TAKING YOUR MONEY AND WASTING YOUR TIME WITH CALL AFTER CALL AND EMPTY PROMISES - SHAME ON ME FOR THINKING IT WOULD BE ANY DIFFERENT
