Vodacom aftersales poor service
Vodacom Aftersales service is really bad. Nobody answers and they have forgotten to load my phone and will not take my calls

29 Mar 2019, 13:16So a high tech service like Vodacom has forgotten to load the cellphone on the delivery truck despite sending me sms confirmation. To add to this the customer care who called last night told me that they did not have the phone with them. Such bad service
