Vodacom Aftersale Service

Ever since South Africa got cellular phones I was with AutoPage as my service provider. They have closed down country wide about 18 months ago and all our accounts was handed over to Vodacom.

The fact that I am on contract with Vodacom I had to renew my phone cause the due date would be the 10th of April 2017.

That was done and I made my choice with a Huawei instrument.

Never was I told before the contract was signed that if I wanted help with the transfer of the address list and info on my old phone to the new one they are going to charge addisional fees for services rendered.

Autopage always use to provide the service as part of the package deal with out any payment for services.

From my perspective this is totally unacceptable....me as the client had no choice but to accept if I need the assistance of tranferring my info to the new phone I just have to pay. The best that Vodacom could do is to assist and to make sure they have highly satisfied customers and not to drain more money from their clientle.

I would be highly satified to here your views regarding this matter!

Thank you for reading and paying attention!

Yours faithfully,

Gys du Toit

********** 633
