Vodacom aftersale nightmare

I received a vodacom contract phone in February 2021 that I was not happy about. I called vodacom the following after the delivery that I don't want the phone and that they must give me another one. Since February I've been sent from piller to post by Vodacom and courier company RAM to collect a phone, it's now December 2021. And guess what.. Vodacom has been deducting my money since for the phone that they told me not to use they will send a courier to collect.
