Vodacom After Sales useless and pathetic
I app**** for an a contract upgrade on the 17th of Nov with correct and updated details. Got a call for delivery on the 19th with incorrect delivery address. Contacted Vodacom on the 19th about the change of delivery address but till now i haven't received my handset. Spoke to several After Sales Agents like Mojalifa, Meshack, Saun Ngobeni and Constance but till today am still waiting for my handset. Vodacom after sales and back of sales sales is pathetic and they don't care about their clients

02 Dec 2021, 07:19Parcel delivered successfully after many phone calls. Now all of a sudden there are handset charges for 3 months with were Never explained to me. I was promised a certain educational voucher but did not receive it. Clearly Vodacom is ******** us
