Vodacom..... After sales Service not included

<p>I am tired of telling this story now, twenty six phone calls, so many hours, so many Inept operators. I have even written a review on hello Peter and they responded saying they will contact me shortly....... That was three weeks ago and I have not heard anything. </p> <p> </p> <p>They were fast to renew my contract but when they sent me a soiled package and have two months since still not sent my data to me, they have just not cared. I am so disgusted at this level of service from this company. I have now sent an email to ICASA and I will be going to all the newspapers and if that doesn't get attention Carte Blanche. I will not lie down and take this, if I miss one payment they would hound me like a dog but when it comes to fulfilling their part of the contract all I've got is empty promises. </p>
