Vodacom after sales department is the worst!

If there was Half a Star, I would rate them that! They are by far the most inefficient and dishonest bunch of people! They sold me a bogus contract and then gave me such a hard time to cancel it like I did something wrong. The only thing I did wrong was get involved with a ***** network like them! #NeverAgain . The customer service department as well is utterly useless, transferring you from pillar to post and then dropping the line like anyone has time to keep hearing 2 minutes of voice prompts before actually speaking to anyone. The after sales department is by far the worst.
