Vodacom after sales and Ram

I am absolutely shocked by the lack of customer service from vodacom after sales department and Ram hand to hand Couriers. A package was supposed to be sent to me on Wednesday, I missed rams' call and I contacted vodacom after services department to send delivery instructions as per the sms I received from Ram. Vodacom after sales consultant were not willing to assist and referred me back to Ram who made empty promises of delivering my parcel on Thursday or Friday, to this day I have not received my parcel.

I have been with vodacom for almost 15 years and I am very disappointed in their recent Customers service! Shocking!!
