VODACOM AFFECTING MY CREDIT SCORE !!!!!!!!!!!

Vodacom is affecting my credit score !!!!!! Handed over to the lawers to collect R445.00 Paid the balance, received a settlement letter from the handler. 1.5 years later my name has not been removed, it still shows in arrears. Please contact me to resolve this, its well over due, VODACOM IS AFFECTING MY LIVILY HOOD, this is not proper business ethics
