VODACOM

I've reported my lost phones, but ever since the phones were under contract, I haven't used their SIM card since I don't want to use their network. However, the contract didn't require me to use their network. In order to obtain the ITC number, I am unable to submit my missing phone to insurance because they are unable to blacklist it.Since I submitted the device its IMEi number they should be able to help as we are blacklisting the device rather than the SIM card, I don't see what else they might want. Since these are their devices and their IMEi number, they should be able to help without the SIM card. I am unable to keep paying for something that I do not own. I want Vodacom to end this contract without collecting any more money from me because I am unable to keep paying for something that I do not own that reason, I insured the phones so that I could use it in time of need
