Vodacom does not care about their customers. They want to manipulate you through their Toby AI bs. They stated that they fired some ******* employees, but they don't care about their customers at all. You can not cancel or complain at Vodacom shops. They refer you to the main offices. They promise you everything. If you have a question, Toby ask you more. They are *******.
