Vodacom advertising things then cancel or pause deals when you select them

Vodacom I am livid! You advertise things when there is no stock, your consultants give options that do not exist and you do not give feedback on progress of updates and delays.

I upgraded online on 02/08/2017 to Samsung s8+ with Samsung A3 and dex station. I am attaching the proof. Next day I call to check progress and you tell me its cancelled without notice. So they do the upgrade again same package on 03/08/2017. I follow up on 07/08/2017 as I do not hear anything and you tell me its paused now cause A3 stock is finished. The consultant offers me same deal with a Samsung a5 as the A3 is out of stock. Colsultant is Sarah. She assured me that they will phone me about upgrade and delivery for that evening.

On the 08/08/2017 I call vodacom as I did not hear from Sarah or received a confirmation SMS then the agent I spoke to told me Sarah was not authorised to make the call for Samsung A5. The agent informs me of the deal details and it comes down to a Samsung s8 with samsung j5 and dex Station. This was not what I app**** for the previous week when stock was still available.

So I decided to cancel the deal and consult a friend and after looking into deal I decided to take the deal offered. So I upgrade online now and 2 hours later I asked why I havent received confirmation as It showed successful. NBow I am told the deal is not available yet and still processing..

When I upgraded to my Galaxy S6 I had the same issues... no stock of the samsung watch and no alternative offer. Why does vodacom advertise things they can not deliver as It is deceiving and againts the Consumer law.
