Vodacom advertised Black Friday specials they were unable to fulfil since November and poor service!!

Vodacom is incapable of processing a request for an upgrade on an iPhone 14 Pro they advertised. I've requested an upgrade since November to get the Black Friday special and now they changed the subscription deal to be much more costly than what it was in December and - guess what - now all of a sudden they expect the stock to arrive soon! I smell a **** and false advertising if you conveniently "don't have the stock" for the items advertised and on your brochure! They never even bothered to follow up and keep me up to date with my upgrade request!
