Vodacom Advert for free Huawei Watch is a ****, as Huawei Does not send the watch
Bought a Huawei Mate 20 pro according to their promotional adverts, until now I haven't received my GT Watch as promised from Huawei, they giving me excuses that they will investigate and get back to me, not one person got back to me about this matter!!!??? They keep giving excuses and do not even respond, this is pathetic support and service, i should have never switched to Huawei, Apple was way better.
And on top of it Vodacom is still advertising this special on their website, when in fact it is a **** just to get you to buy the phone.

09 Apr 2019, 15:04They did make contact, and basically they said they cannot assist as it is on Huawei's side but the funny side of it is that they advertising it on their website, they should be working together. And Vodacom as usual are not willing to step in and Huawei just doesn't care, but I have a contract with Vodacom and I am their client, but it is fine, I have been with the for too long, maybe it is time to move to another provider...

They did make contact, and basically they said they cannot assist as it is on Huawei's side but the funny side of it is that they advertising it on their website, they should be working together.
