Vodacom administration nightmare
I ordered a handset online, they delivered it on 15.11.2022, contract was canceled and couriers collected the phone on the 22.11.2022. I have spoken to at least 25 people in various departments but till now, the contract has not been canceled and I am paying for it. No words
