Vodacom admin on easy2own is the worst!

I got a contract phone in December via easy to own,in the phone where built in Vodacom apps to be specific Vodapay . Well it appeared separately as well as on the easy to own recharge page . To my surprise an admin can delete any app with out any communication what so ever in particular this one after loading my bank cards for transactions etc and using my cards to purchase via the app. I redownloaded the app for my convenience only for the same thing to happen, upon logging a query nothing has been done and I feel vulnerable in light of what has happened and no service is being provided to clear the matter 🤔😡
