Vodacom adds bundles to your account with out your approval and blame it on you leaving you helpless.

Vodacom is adding recurring bundles on your name and blaming you that you did it. Today I went to vodacom to query why my bill owned is so high with all my documents proofing what it should be. They informed me that "I" activated a recuring 100 min bundle at 22:30 31 Jan". After I told them i promise I did not do it they said it was done through the *111# code. I told them again that I was out that night with family as I work overseas and i am only in the country for 1 month. I even gave them my phone to show them for them to check that I did not dial that code but they said unfortunately there wont be any sign on my phone if I did use the code to get the bundle. There was no proof of any kind that I did it and if you ask anyone that knows me will say I am not a person that lie. I asked them there and then to cancel the reoccurring bundle, which they did, and I asked for documents that proof that I canceled it. They could not give me any proof as they said it is done online therefor giving me bo proof that it is actually canceled.

After everything I am asking them to get a solution to how this bundle could have been loaded onto my account so that it does not happen in the future they basically just told me it must have been me and that i am lying to them for not buying it and that there is no other possibility. I felt helpless.

Why would I with 150 min on my name buy another reoccuring bundle of 100 min when i am only in the country 2 months a year and can not use any of that when I am overseas.

VODACOM leaves you helpless. On top of all I am not the only person that this have happened to...
