Vodacom adding unexplained extra service on account

I had a contract with Vodacom for more than 7 years, I never had any issues Until last year(2017) My contract ended and I did not want to continue with it, so I did not renew it. I have been on a month to month contract. Vodacom have added "vodacom live" and "entertainment service" on my bill a few time now , added up to R320 per invoice . I have called the call centre to find out what these are. No one could tell me. I informed them that I will not pay the bill if no one can tell me what I am paying for. I have received numerous calls from the call centre and the financial department( the lady was so rude ) to tell me I have to pay the outstanding amount, which my reply was please tell me what the service are before I pay the account ,I want to know what I am paying for ,they say they will get back to me with an answer. No one got back to me with an answer. No one from Vodacom can tell me what these are and why they are added on my account. Now I have a letter to say Vodacom is handing me over for non payment.This is unacceptable, I will not recommend Vodacom to anyone for any service, I will not be using Vodacom for anything anymore, If this is the way Vodacom makes their money?
