Vodacom adding data contract on my account

I took a contract with Vodacom four years ago and had an upgrade last year. This year during the covid period I started experiencing problems. first they would tell me my daughter took airtime advances and I would have to pay extra fees on my contract until I decided to block any advances on her sim card then next up they would debit my account and reverse transactions saying its my bank whereas my back refuses even to reverse debit orders on an account holders request. I decided to cancel debit orders and pay them via EFT then yesterday they decided to add 2 5GB recurring data contracts on my account saying I did it via ussd while I was asleep by the time they say I took the contracts. I called the call centre 5 times the first 2 times the agents told me it cant be cancelled I will have to pay for it even though I did not subscribe to the services once I requested to speak to the manager she told me the data contract has been cancelled cause I don't qualify to take it as I am due for an upgrade but to my surprise only one data subscription was cancelled as there was 1 5GB subscription for 262 which was cancelled and they left one 5GB subscription for 96.43 of which they say I took while I was sleeping. why is Vodacom ******** me of my kids money as I told them several times I didn't do the subscription, how can I now qualify to take a data contract while I'm due for an upgrade? who's going to pay for the data subscription that they are refusing to cancel? now I'm asking myself if my contract was still new I still was going to be held liable for data contract I didn't take, as we speak now my account has an unbudgeted for invoice increase. How long have they been doing this to us, their customers? How many unsuspecting customers have been subjected to pay for vas services that they did not even subscribe to? I don't even think I still want an upgrade with Vodacom if this is how they conduct their business. Having to have my sunday ruined having to pay for unbudgeted and unsubscribed for services that I didn't take because I didn't need. I feel very disappointed as I have kept quiet all along when all the other incidents happened but now I can't keep quiet anymore cause I can see we are being ****** in plain daylight by the service provider we trust just because we want to stay connected with our loved ones.

Oh a Vodacom agent called me but not to sort out the issue of unsubscribed data but to offer me more data deals that I don't want. my account is still invoiced for the 83.85 data I didn't subscribe for and unfortunately I'm not going to pay for it. so Vodacom will have to find a way of sorting this out with the agent who provisioned me for the data after I called the call centre to tell them to remove it. I'm working hard to take care of my kids not to have money wasted around on services I don't need, which is why I never took any data deals on my number.
