Vodacom "add to bill" charge

For the past 3 months I have noticed charges on my invoice which I do not recognise. The description is "Vodacom add to bill". To date this is R540 in total over 3 months which I have paid, I suddenly decided to scrutinise my bill and I picked up this charge. How can Vodacom charge me without my approval or knowledge? Please contact me and reverse these charges. This is not the first time this has happened and I specifically asked Vodacom previously not to include any subscription charges and the like and to block these permanently for my account. I had to unsubscribe content services just in case, why do I need to do this when I did not use these services or subscribe via Vodacom to begin with.

Hi Vodacom. Thanks for resolving last month but is see again this charge on my August bill. Per discussion with the manager I requested for all services to be blocked and cancelled and I received confirmation that this was done. I cannot understand how a charge again appeared on my August statement, please reverse as a matter of urgency. If this continues I will instruct my bank to block the Vodacom debit order as I am being unfairly charged by Vodacom. This is not acceptable!!!
